4/14/2023 0 Comments Pros and cons arranged marriageIf you are mortal, and have your own ideas of who you want to marry, and someone else actually wants you enough to marry you, an arranged marriage would be like a death sentence. Yet for mortals, they are limited to the lifetime. What if arranged marriages were starter packages? With the option to renew the vows if they choose to. The pros of it is, that everyone could have an arranged marriage, and most people could enjoy the benefits of being married. Then they are a product of the institution. Because they would be arranged for them, and they wouldn’t have any choice in the matter. This avoids some of the problems we see in today’s society that most people choose not to choose much of anyone but men that are tall, or rich. Having an arranged marriage, could be good in some ways. So really, if people don’t marry because of love, you could wind up with someone that hates you. This article is about the pro’s and cons of arranged marriage. I’ve studied those around me, and it looks like there are some benefits to being married. Never having been married, I’m not able to say what those benefits are. In some ways, which ever you find yourself doing, you will have both joy, and sorrow. Sometimes, out of duty, sometimes for love. A Short Lifeįor an immortal, sixty, or seventy years is a short time. The edge of the coin, is that if you stay single, life has fewer problems, of both sides of the coin. The other side of this coin, if you are undesirable, your chances of getting married, are zero.
