4/20/2023 0 Comments Crown trick a mysterious strangerI'm still not one hundred percent convinced that Mehmed is the stranger/benefactor/monster/etc, mostly because we're supposed to see a different side of him at one point and I think whatever evil is after Laia now was what was behind the incident at the racetrack involving Mehmed too, but I also can't ignore the recurrence of the numbers "14" and "44" and agree that they're somehow connected to the Ottoman court. Gabi says the mysterious stranger came for Laia, so either she has three different shady characters after her, or our villain is excellent at disguising himself! Since they were in the benefactor's possession before, and the benefactor wanted Vincent (Laia by extension) to have the paintings, then the benefactor = the monster, who deliberately covered up the paintings shortly before contacting the custodian so that Laia could restore them. Therefore, we can deduce that the monster wants Laia specifically to restore them. Previous restorers and Gradish had nightmares about (presumably) this monster and the paintings magically covered themselves back up at night - but Laia has not had that problem yet. I also mentioned that Ilinca can't remember the face of the stranger, and the monster chasing Laia in her nightmare appears to be faceless as well. The stranger manipulated Mihai into murdering both the custodian and Gradish, which lines up if he's also the benefactor because both of them got in the way of his plans (the custodian because he sold three of the paintings to Gradish instead, and Gradish - I'm assuming - because instead of returning the paintings, he sold them to Vlad). The connection between the "devil" benefactor and the Satanic/dark imagery of the mysterious stranger probably isn't a coincidence, as well as them both being described as foreigners. And he still could be, but I no longer think that the benefactor is such a great person after all! I noted the angel/devil dichotomy in my Noe post, when I speculated that he could be the benefactor, but even taking Noe out of the equation now it's still a very interesting opposition. My theory when I first started reading DLS was that Hasan is the benefactor! It would make sense for him to be in possession of Lale's paintings, he's a foreigner, and of course the meaning of his name. Brenner's presence is necessary for Stranger Things season 4.Wow, this is an absolutely brilliant post!!! It was such a treat to read after a long day at work □ Though he may not be welcomed back with open arms, Dr. His character brings to life the morals and ethics involved with scientific experimentation and really rams the "science" discussion into the science fiction show. In addition, he knows exactly how significant a threat Vecna poses to the town and that only Eleven can save the community. Brenner is doing the right thing in the wrong way - despite the consequences he faces. They may not have a chance of survival from the Upside Down's upcoming hostile takeover if she stands by. It's safe to say that Hawkins is doomed without Eleven and her lost powers. However, his presence is necessary for the season, and the whole show. Brenner Stranger Things re-emergence is uncomfortable, as he's shown to be especially cruel and manipulative towards the children in flashbacks. The isolation tank is designed to make her relive her past and jumpstart her brain into remembering how to use her powers. Owens takes Eleven to a silo in Nevada, which houses the Nina project. He finally appears in the flesh during episode 5, "Chapter 5: The Nina Project." In this episode, the reason for his return is brought to light: he wants to help Eleven get her powers back. The flashback itself serves as foreshadowing for a later episode in the season, which chronicles the Hawkins Lab massacre. He first shows up in Stranger Things season 4, episode 1, "Chapter One: The Hellfire Club," during a flashback to 1979. Brenner Stranger Things appearance in season 4 happened much earlier than expected.
