Food, products, colorful images, traditional scenes? Tbh even though I know getting rid of my blog was right for me, it’s left me kind of lost on here I’ve been in this weird space of transition so I question where to focus. This is the first photo I’ve taken just for me in probably three weeks. In addition to the listed ingredients you will need: What I recommend is just checking on it after about 45 minutes – when it springs back to your touch it is done!Īnd if you are looking for the perfect clean crust to go along with it – try my 3 ingredient, grain free, vegan pie crust – it is SO easy to make and caters to just about anyone’s dietary needs! In all honesty I hadn’t had sweet potato pie until a couple of years ago when Neil’s family had one at their Thanksgiving dinner and I decided to try it. This healthy sweet potato pie takes one of our favorite traditional Thanksgiving desserts and makes it a little cleaner so we can feel better about serving it to our families, but keeps alllll the flavor we love. Might not be the way the saying goes but it should be.
